Your best bet here would be to first try running the games Scan and Repair tool.
Restart computer to stop all Blizzard processes. Tool is found on the Battle. The tool is there. Then rollback the driver. If you happen to have one in your downloads from the past back go ahead and install that. Basically you extract the uninstaller from the download. I like to boot the computer into safe mode then run the DDU tool. If you are using a PIN it will ask for the actual password after running safe mode. Now for the install. Start the driver download.

Like lots of lines just jumping faintly up and down. Thought it was a bad connection. Reconnected everything again,even moved the pci cable to go from the inside,not from the back of the case,just to make sure it wasn't twisting and stuff,still the same problem. Ran fallout 4,and on the dark places it is more noticeable. This is happening only in game,but i am noticing a bit of a flicker when im on the desktop browsing and stuff.Menu Menu. Although the new monitors are far more reliable than the old CRT technology, it is still possible for them to develop a flicker. It could just mean a driver refresh is required or that a change has been made within your Windows configuration. A modern screen can refresh up to times per second or even more. This is referred to as the refresh rate and is measured in Hertz. When you look at monitor specifications, you will see a number such as 60Hz, Hz or something else.
The number indicates how many refreshes are done per second. On a 60Hz monitor, the screen refresh runs at 60 times per second. A Hz monitor will refresh times per second. The faster the refresh, the faster the display reacts to changes and the smoother the experience.
This is why Hz TVs became so popular and why Hz computer monitors are ideal for gaming where the display changes constantly. Different people are more sensitive to refresh than others. Some people can run monitors as slow as 30Hz and still see a perfectly stable screen. Other people will be able to detect the refresh and will see it as flickering. Both ends of a monitor DVI cable have screws to hold them securely in place, but not everybody uses them. Make sure both ends of the cable are secure and that they are held tightly in place.
Grab a spare cable and swap them out and see if that resolves the problem. Check that both ends of the power cable are also secure. An insecure power cable can sometimes cause a screen to flicker and this is often accompanied by a buzzing sound.
